Jaylon Smith has been described as the prize of the 2013 Notre Dame recruiting class by just about every recruiting expert there is. Saturday afternoon the Indiana native showed why in a big way during the annual US Army All American Bowl in San Antonio.

The Notre Dame recruiting train continued to move forward on Friday with the commitment of 5-star safety Max Redfield on Friday. Redfield, a one-time USC commitment, selected Notre Dame over USC and Oregon during the Under Armour All American game on ESPN.
