Santorum doesn't. I am as conservative as they come, and Romney is ok. He is far better than McCain (despite what the media is trying to program into people). The Santorum/Gingrich supporters will vote 100% against Obama for very good reason. The Paul supporters...them I don't know about, but I like Romney's chances there too. Ohio, Pennsylvania, & Florida will tell the tale. I will also predict ahead of time a surprise.....Michigan & Wisconsin are also very much in play.
