Your argument has been that the Florida law is fine, but now you say you don't know how it is applied in such a situation?

My understanding is that it is like the Texas law, maybe even broader. That's why I'm saying the law in Florida is not good. Not that it doesn't have good intent, just that it is too broad in it's applicability.
