someone. If you see an act of murder, robbery, rape or some other violent crime, then intervention would be justified and you would be held harmless. However, if you only perceive some harm might happen to you, a lethal defense isn't justified and you would be guilty of murder. I would much rather go back to the days of duking it out than shooting it out. I have no problems with guns to protect your home or private property but not for use to settle a personal dispute or an argument.
