Miniscule improvement. It has been 3 1/2 years since Dec 2007. Obama's reign sans one month. You have to understand that Obama's Sherman-like march on the private sector in early 2008 and 2009 turtled the private sector, and it is still keeping it's head in a shell waiting for him to be gone.
