Not only do you have to believe in a massive conspiracy, you must also believe that Armstrong's strongest rivals, for whom we do have evidence, were in fact doped, Armstrong was not doped, but he beat them anyways. Keep in mind, that would include a rival like Jan Ullrich, who had superior numbers in certain physiological measurements. |
