What about Aaron Lynch? He chose a school because of his girlfriend. I guess that makes him a bad football player.
You have no fucking clue what kids chose which schools. Most of the time, they don't even know themselves. Sometimes it's mom, sometimes it's dad, sometimes it close to home, sometimes it is weather, sometimes it is the chicks, sometimes it is a guy who greased their palms, etc etc etc. And yes, sometimes, god forbid, kids chose a school because of academics. It happens all the time with kids who aren't at all interested in ND.
These kids can play football wherever they want to. "Football" is the last reason.
