Who is arguing that cheating and rotten luck are to blame for these losses?

A couple months back, McSweeney attributed the recent losses to Michigan to rotten luck. I mean, I can find that thread if you really want me to waste my time. Countless posters have attributed the losses to USC to the fact that USC "cheated." Have you really missed those threads?
