Lalota was a five start prospect by Scout at one point in time - and he quit after transferring to Rutgers. Rutgers. Being able to sift through which star rankings are missplaced is the greatest gift a recruiting coordinator can have. The last Penn State staff was quite good at it. We will see how well OBrien does. Hopefully he will not continue that trend - for our sake.
