I'm not certain they are good enough to get the job done for us yet, but I'm pretty certain they have both surpassed Rees.

And yes, QB is HUGE...if you have the right one you can do a lot, if you don't you can't do much. That's why I'm still wait and see with Kelly. Sure he's done some things I don't like, but he's also been severely handicapped at QB and managed better seasons than the previous coach did with an NFL QB at the helm.
