Golden Tate and the draft...ESPN and Mel Kiper

AKA Count Dracula had a list of the top 5 Junior WR's as far as the NFL draft. Good old #23 didn't make the list. There's a lot to be said for the fact that Golden probably wouldn't improve his draft stock if he came back. That said, he probably wouldn't hurt it either and would walk away with an ND education. Not to sound like the Econ teacher that I am...but in life, we all face trade-offs! What is he, probably a 3rd rounder, 2nd round at best? I think the guy is a helluva player. You'd have a hard time finding a kid that's had a better year in college football, or been more valuable to his team. I'm just not sure how his game translates at the next level. Maybe a special teams player and slot receiver? I don't profess to know, just my 2 cents.
