Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooou!
God I love that man. Charlie needs to get Lou to do each week’s pep talk to the team. Just give Lou a phone and let Lou talk to the players over a speaker phone

Charlie needs to defer head coaching to Lou for 5 years so he can learn that aspect of leadership. I’d storm a machine gun nest for Lou.
It’s not just a business at Notre Dame.

After reading that pep talk, I flew up from my chair and got goose bumps for the first time this football season!!!!
God, Lou Holtz is the greatest inspirational speaker I’ve ever heard!! He could resurrect ND’s program in 5 minutes!! Please Lou, Come back!!!

Lou Holz will always be a ND man and his pep talk said ir all. I know what the Irish are going through because the millions of ND fans are going through the same pain and agony. There is ghope at the end of the tunnel. The problem is that we really don’t know how long that tunnel is. Charlie has to keep this class together and bring in those studs that are the number 1 recruiting class. He needs to keep developing these kids he has right now. And finally, these kids have to start knowing that they are as good as we know that they can be.

Lou Holtz is a class act.
I LOVE this man as a son loves his father. He is a man of intergrity. I am STILL puzzled by the hiring of Davie AFTER Holtz. The University Administration and puppet play of Wadsworth and Davie still haunt Notre Dame today. We need to fix this now! Charlie can learn from Lou. We all have endured enough of administrative policy. Lou –come back to ND–at least as Athletic Director. I will hang with you Charlie–but 2 years from now is PLENTY OF TIME–listen to LOU! He is the Living Patriarch of ND Football!
It is about intelligence–something LACKING In the NCAA today–ND can bring it to the forefront-if we choose to!
Irish # 1 in my heart forever!

Charlie needs to be more consistant with his players and they need a quarterback that is respected.
Notre Dame has always been a running team, they should stick with this and find recruits who can do that running. When passing is not working, make them run.
Notre Dame can come back and Lou’s weekly Pep talks wouldn’t do anything but give them back their winning attitudes.
Weiss is as close to Holtz as anyone they can hire, and he can bring Notre Dame back.
Great win today for the seniors!!
Lets leave this season with great hope for the championship in 2008!!!!!!!!
Goooooooooooooooooo Irish!!!

IM SICK AND TIRED OF MARK MAYS GIVING LOU HOLTZ A HARD TIME EVERY WEEK ON THE ESPN SHOW THEY DO EVERY WEEKEND. MARK WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT IT IS TO BE A TRUE IRISH FAN, HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT REGARDLESS OF THE RECORD WE STICK BEHIND OUR IRISH 100 PERCENT ALWAYS.
