Charlie Weis addressed the health of starting LT Michael Turkovich at his Sunday press conference and things sound a lot better than the report from NBC’s Alex Flanigan during the game suggested.

Q. Any update on Turkovich’s situation?
COACH WEIS: Much better than we thought it was going to be. Actually walked in, handed in his crutches, handed in his brace. He’ll be ready to go tomorrow, which is something totally way better than I expected.
I did note finally last night, I found out the x-rays were all negative. He walked in without wearing a brace, not being on crutches, handed them in. He’s practicing tomorrow.

So it sounds to me like Turkovich should be OK for this weekend and that is indeed great news.  Turk has been of the biggest surprises so far this year and will be needed in a big way this weekend against North Carolina.
