Carlo Calabrese rounds out the last of the letters of intent from the decided East Coast prospects.  Recruits can’t sign their LOI’s until 7AM local time so we will have to wait until 10AM ET for confirmation on Cierre Wood and Shaquelle Evans.

It’s great to get through the first round of LOI’s without any surprises.  Now, it would be even nicer if we got through the west coast LOI’s in the same fashion but with a few surprises that went are our way in the cases of Moore and Te’o.  As I mentioned in my earlier blog with my predictions, the latest reports weren’t looking good for the Irish on either.

For now, we wait and hope for some last minute luck.  We’ve been left at the alter more often than we’d have liked over the past few years on Signing Day so maybe we get a slight reversal of fortunes here this year.

We’re not landing anyone else, no way this is a top 25 class.

Weis needs to go if he can’t recruit better than this.
