Bio
Cierre Wood committed to Notre Dame despite heavy interest from local teams such as USC. After redshirting his freshman season in 2009, Wood had a breakout campaign in 2010 as a starter for most the year after the injury to Armando Allen. Wood heads in to 2011 as the feature back for the Fighting Irish.
