Bio

Ishaq Williams committed to Notre Dame over Syracuse and Penn State on 1/14/10. Recruited by most schools as a defensive end, Notre Dame recruited Williams to play OLB in Bob Diaco’s 3-4 defense. Williams is an early enrollment candidate and will enroll at Notre Dame on 1/18/10.
