Loading ...Baltimore, MD (UHND) - A furious last minute comeback attempt by the Naval Academy nearly sent Notre Dame back to South Bend with a loss at the hands of Navy for the second consecutive year. Two touchdowns and two onside kicks in the final two minutes of the fourth quarter had Navy within striking distance of starting a winning streak of their own in thislong time series. Fortunately for Notre Dame, the Irish held on for a 27-21 win to improve to 6-4 on the seaosn.
Unfortunately for yours truly, however, my DVR messed up and the recording of the game was not waiting for me when I returned home from Baltimore. Luckily I had someone send me a copy of the game and will have some articles up Monday night. Check out the blog though for various updates on the game and the aftermath.
