No Press Conference Today Now?
ESPN is now reporting that there won’t be a press conference today, but that the story remains the same – Weis will be back in 2009.
Since last night several other news sources have picked up the Weis returning story citing their own sources as opposed to just citing the Irish Eyes/WNDU story as most were doing last night. So it doesn’t look like a press conference will be coming today, but it does look like Weis is definitely returning in 2009.
If I had to guess, I would say there would be some sort of release or statement made today because the media is going to be running with this and everyone will be trying to get quotes on the matter from somoene in the athletic department.
The saga continues.
