Notre Dame’s class of 2018 just keeps adding 4-star recruits. The Irish picked up a commitment from class of 2018 4-star linebacker Ovie Oghoufo.
[review] Prior to committing to Notre Dame, Ovie Oghoufo picked up offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Boston College, and Syracuse.
Oghoufo was high school teammates with current freshman Khalid Kareem at Harrison High School in Farmington, Michigan. His relationship with Kareem played a big role in his decision to come to Notre Dame.
Notre Dame now has five commitments in the class of 2018 – all of which are 4-star recruits according to 247 Sports. Oghoufo joins three other defensive commitments – twin brothers Justin and Jayson Ademilola. Quarterback Phil Jurkovec and running back Markese Stepp.
