Notre Dame Football Depth Chart: Week 1 @ Florida State
Notre Dame released their first official depth chart for the 2021 season on Monday
We’ve officially made it to game week for Notre Dame football in 2021. The Fighting Irish travel to Tallahassee this weekend to kickoff the season against the rebuilding Seminoles who have yet to name an official starting quarterback for the contest. The Irish on the other hand, have a fully formalized depth chart as they look to build off off of last year’s playoff bid.

FSU has everything they want to gain in this game. It could be like TEXAS at Austin was to start our year of woes: a “we will win this one” all summer long, less the concussion play in the endzone ignored by every field and replay box official.
So it could be a hornet’s nest. One criticism I heard was that Coen was beat out at Wisconsin. Five year’s ago that might have worried me, but lately, guys have been beat out and transferred well to Oklahoma, LSU, and BC amongst others! I’m not worried about it…excited if anything. We all know it will come down to the 5 guys on offense who are ineligible to receive the ball. HERE COME the IRISH!
